Ski Schools in Courchevel
Delighting clients since 1992, Magic is an independent school owned and run by an Anglo-French team. They have superb reputation for offering a personalised approach in small friendly groups, in English, for both adults and children. Private tuition is also available for all levels of skiers, and for the proficient skier Magic offers afternoon ‘Technical Tuning’ clinics to work on carving, bumps or off-piste skiing. Clients also have the opportunity to go down Magic’s private slalom course at no extra cost.
They have a safe and secure private area for the Little Ones (4-5 years) and the Kids Fun Factory (6-9, 10-13, 14-17 years) combines 3 or 4 long mornings plus 2 full days with lunch in a mountain restaurant (included in the price), a treasure hunt, timed runs, freestyle and jumps on a bouncy big air bag. Aspiring champions will love their Race Academy where one of the trainers competed in the 2010 Olympics.
New this season is video feedback, all lessons will be filmed so that you can see how you look on your skis or snowboard.

New Generation Ski School:
New Generation’s Courchevel 1650 ski school is now in its 13th year. They believe that Courchevel is one of the best places in the world to teach skiing. Courchevel offers great skiing for all levels of ability on a wide range of terrains. Courchevel ski school is located in the centre of the village next door to the bakery and the meeting point it on the slopes by the St Agathe drag lift.
New Generation enjoys an excellent reputation amongst the International ski community. New Generation was voted ‘No.1 Ski School’ by the ‘Which Guide’ and the ‘Snow Awards’. They have also earned an excellent reputation amongst the international community. All of the instructors are qualified to the top International level certified by the ISIA (International Ski Instructors Association). You are therefore guaranteed an instructor who can ski and teach to a very high level.
The hand-picked team of fully qualified instructors offer mostly private lessons although they do run a limited number of morning groups (beginner to intermediate) and afternoon Technical Performance Clinics (Intermediate to advanced). At peak periods they run children’s lessons in the morning so adults have time to explore or join lessons themselves. All lessons are in English. All the instructors are qualified and experienced in off-piste.
New Generation’s team is passionate about snowboarding - they are available to teach everyone from beginner to expert / from park demon to powder hound. They strongly recommend all beginners wear helmets and wrist guards.
